Guest have access to entire 2 stories above the commercial space on the ground level. Roof access (for maintenance) is off-limits and locked. Gym Access: Guests have complimentary access to a nearby fitness center with our building’s key fob. It includes cardio equipment, free weights, and machines.

The upper floor, originally designed as a ballroom and later used as a ballet studio, now boasts a large open space game room with gorgeous skylights perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Guests can choose from 5 bedrooms, including a rooftop bed and various extra beds, as well as 2 full bathrooms with tankless water heaters to ensure no one runs out of hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, and the living room features a smart TV. Additional amenities include a laundry room, game room with pool table, as well as a motion-activated security camera in entrance lobby for added peace of mind. This unique property has been a popular venue for various events from weddings, to birthdays and several bachelor(ette) parties. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Memphis, close to popular attractions and restaurants. Twin over Full bunk bed, bedside light & shelves for storage. Guest bedroom # 5 (1guest): Located in the sunroof deck, above game room. Twin pull-out bed from ottoman exrta beds are available throughout the house: -twin bed under staircase to game room (1 guest) -2 queen convertible sofas (4 guests) -memory foam floor mattresses (4 guests) 2 full bathrooms: Tankless water-heater to ensure large groups don’t run out of hot water. Walk-in showers, lighted mirror, hair dryer, first aid kit in downstairs bathroom. Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker Keurig + regular), pots/pans, cooking utensils etc. Living room: smart TV, Queen sofa sleeper. Game room: Large 1,200 sq.ft area with skylights on top floor, equipped with wet bar, pool and foosball table as well as a dining table and sofa/chairs arranged throughout, smart TV, and many fun games! Laundry room: equiped with large washer/dryer, feturing an iron and ironing board. Security: 1 motion activated security camera located by the front door facing the street. Trolley stops at our front door. 15mn Uber ride (12 miles) from Memphis International Airport Nearby parking garages: P2701 Garage is on Front St at the corner of Madison Ave, with pedestrian access on Madison Ave $15 per day. First Place Parking Garage is on 2nd St. (just around the corner) $20 per day South of Madison Ave-open for public parking weekdays after 6:00pm and weekends Friday after 6:00 pm through Sunday $10 per day.
