Welcome to Memphis

Amazing place to spend a weekend in Memphis. It’s convenient to all the right places. Be prepared for some noise as there is a club right around the corner. Spacious and very cool building design. Spotless. Lots of games and things to do.

It was great! Felt comfortable and safe. Wish we could have spent more time on the rooftop but the weather said otherwise. But in even the short time we had it was awesome. Highly recommend!

Great place for a 6 day stay. Tons of great restaurants and bars to walk to within 5-10 mins, right around the corner from Beale street. Rooftop was great, bedrooms / bathrooms were clean and it felt like home for the week. Highly recommend!

If another chance presents itself, we will be back. The kids absolutely LOVED IT!!!!! Plenty of space and room. Walgreens literally across the street. Restaurants within 5 seconds to 1 min walking distance. 111 Madison food was delicious! Literally right next door.

This is hands down the best place to stay in Memphis. It made the trip that much better. The location was walkable to nearly everything we wanted to do, (and we covered a lot of ground!) and it felt like we had lived in the neighborhood for years! The actual home was instant comfort, and so much fun! The pool table, patio and the board games made it easy for this family with a teen to stay happy and engaged. I can’t imagine coming to Memphis and not staying in this home.

Was visiting Memphis for a friend's wedding that was 2 blocks away from Franck & Kristin's place. Great spot! We were able to bring our dog & even had a nice lil semi-private grassy area I'm the back for her to do her doggie business. Got to see a rare sighting of the aurora borealis from the rooftop patio. Spectacular views! Thank you Franck & Kristin for the lovely stay!

Great place near downtown. Two car garage was great. We think our Armada was probably the largest vehicle you could park in it so it was perfect for us. Loved the Memphis art near the rooftop. It had room darkening shades in bedroom which is a detail most airbnbs miss and this one had it covered. Lots of stairs but was great for us. Great place to gather. Mattresses were comfortable.

The home was perfect for our group of 6 guys; it would have been easy to add a couple more without sharing beds. 😁 Very walkable location; private and quiet on the inside. We had a blast exploring the city and made some new friends along the way!

So much space and lots to do near by. Our teens had a lot of fun walking around and checking out the restaurants near by. Right next to a nice restaurant with live music. Would recommend and visit again.

Great place with plenty of room. May not seem like a good fit for families with kids with all the stairs; but we had littles and they moved about just fine. And we had everything we needed. We parked two vehicles right in front of the place on the street with no issues no cost — it was after 6 on Friday and then all through the weekend and Ubered to Beale St (super quick ride). Super convenient location. The restaurant next door (One 11) was a great place for brunch Sunday and they have live music on Saturdays ( it didn’t disturb us at all next door) There are boutiques and Walgreens within steps. We had a great time; hung out on Beale St, attended a music festival at the nearby park and took a carriage ride back to the Airbnb from Beale St! Highly recommend especially if you are looking to be in the heart of it all!
